Course Description

This 3-day ASQ Certified Quality Technician (CQT) Refresher course is designed to help participants review, strengthen, and apply the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed on the ASQ CQT certification exam and excel in quality technician roles. The course covers the ASQ CQT Body of Knowledge (BoK) through interactive lectures, group discussions, and practice problems.

Participants will review essential topics such as quality concepts, inspection and test techniques, calibration, quality tools, and data collection/analysis. The course also provides test-taking strategies, sample questions, and exercises to build confidence and improve exam readiness.
