Training Overview:
This advanced program is designed for trainers who already understand the fundamentals of training delivery and want to elevate their skills in classroom training, session design, and learner engagement. The course focuses on creating dynamic, interactive classroom experiences, applying the LEARN engagement model, and evaluating training effectiveness.
Participants will learn how to design training for multiple learners, develop engaging activities, and measure results using both formative and summative methods. The program blends planning strategies with hands-on practice to ensure that participants can create and deliver training that keeps learners involved and produces measurable outcomes.

Training Objectives:
- Identify your audience and tailor content to their needs
- Generate ideas for activities that reinforce learning objectives
- Develop presentation plans that support the desired learning outcomes
- Create interactive activities that keep learners involved
- Design effective and visually engaging presentation slides
- Apply the LEARN engagement model (Light/Lively, Experience-Based, Active Participation, Relevant Content, Numerous Methods)
- Grade learning objectives according to Bloom’s Taxonomy
- Break training into segments for maximum retention
- Use tools for formative evaluation to adjust training in progress
- Prepare tools for summative evaluation to measure long-term impact
